However working at Wow! Stuff is not a holiday. We’re a competitive business and we set ourselves the highest standards and goals in our sector! Our objectives are always based around four types of customer;

1. You, the team member If you’re not happy, it’s unlikely our customers will be!
2. The end user. This is the person who ultimately uses our products. They could be a gift recipient (75%) or the person who’s purchased it for their own use (25%).
3. The consumer gift purchaser. This is the person who buys our product as a gift from our retail customer, and then gives it as a gift to a relative or friend.
4. Our retail partner. We often refer to this customer as our ‘retail partner’ due to the collaborations we have enjoyed and that have helped us mutually grow sales.
